Our monthly Supperclub menu is inspired from our travels to Sorrento & Amalfi coast
Antipasti - Capresi salad, this is ripe tomato with mozzarella, aged balsamic, fresh basil, lemon & olive oil
Primi - Tortellini, a handmade pasta filled with ricotta with wild garlic pesto
Secondi - Pollo alla cacciatore, chicken cooked with Italian herbs, tomato, peppers & de angelis Sorrento rosso (wine) served with herby potatoes
Vegetarian option - parmigiano with herby potatoes
Dolce - Dulce de leche, caramel ice cream in a brandy snap basket with caramel toffee sauce
