Harvesting Your Garden

In this workshop Celeste will share information on preserving your food. She will cover freezing and dehydrating fruits and vegetables, making sauces, drying herbs, preserving in a root celler, curing sweet potatoes, making sauerkraut, overwintering gladiolas and making fruit kvass.

Celeste Longacre is the author of "Celeste's Garden Delights" and has been doing presentations at conferences and libraries for years. She recently presented this powerpoint at the Weston A.
