CBZ’s Ride Story: A Journey of Love, Loss, and Resilience
In 2020, as the world grappled with unprecedented times, the Del Grosso family embarked on an extraordinary journey that began with the unexpected news of quintuplets. What followed was a path filled with immense challenges, heartbreaking losses, and incredible resilience, all shared with vulnerability and love.
Christopher, Brayden, and Zachary — “The Del Grosso Boys” — became the heart of a story that touched countless lives. From the initial shock of a rare quintuplet pregnancy to navigating difficult medical decisions and profound grief, their parents, with unwavering support from a dedicated medical team and a community that rallied around them, faced every obstacle with courage.
On August 30, 2020, Christopher, Brayden and Zachary were born at 25 weeks and 4 days. Shortly after they came into this world, Christopher and Brayden became little angels; 28 days later, their brother Zachary joined them in becoming a little angel. Their brief lives left an indelible mark, reminding us of the fragility and preciousness of every moment.
CBZ’s Ride was created in memory of Christopher, Brayden and Zachary and this fundraiser is dedicated to supporting families who face similar challenges, ensuring they have the resources and support needed during difficult times.
