CHANGE IN PLAN
some concern was noted that running in a concrete jungle with elevated temps and potential air quality problems may not be the best idea, even for the healthiest of people. instead, we'll meet up at the tobico marsh big loop trail head and run under the shade of trees and on the softness of dirt and sand. the loop is about 2.9 miles long but there are alternate paths within if you wanted to get a few extra miles in your 45-60 minutes of moving about. afterwards, we'll still meet up in the parking lot for a hamm's, then shuffle over mussel beach for an ice cream, or we can just go straight to the ice cream joint and drink beer in their parking lot like a bunch of degenerates.

walkers, ruckers, runners, cyclists, the wilted, the defiant, dogs, and sailors are all welcome.
