Atraskite jogos praktikos malonumą ir AUTENTIŠKUMĄ. Sruti - atvykusi gyventi iš Indijos į Lietuvą, ir kaip ji pati sako, joga pas juos - kultūros dalis.
Viskas ką ši jogos mokytoja daro su joga - atėję iš giliausių šaknų, joga perteikiama ypatingai lengvai, su tvirtais jogos filosofijos pamatais, kurie nereikalauja priklausyti kažkokiam jogos stiliuj, išpažinti tam tikrą religiją ar gyventi specifiškai. Ši joga moko paprastumo gyvenime, lengvumo ir ramybės jūsų klubuose ir dubenyje. Renginys vyks anglų kalba. Turėsime 2 valandų autentišką jogos praktiką, po kurios jogos mokytoja Sruti kvies pasivaišinti jos ruoštais indiškais skanumynais ir arbata.

Ease the Hips — A Guided Exploration
In recent years, despite being an active person and maintaining a regular asana practice, life brought its own set of unexpected challenges. I found myself carrying emotions I couldn't fully process or express — many of them quietly settling into my hips.

Sitting on the floor, something that once felt natural, became difficult, even though I grew up eating meals on the floor the Indian way. The journey of finding ease in my hips is still ongoing. I haven't completely cracked the code, but through movement, breathwork, and mindfulness, I’ve discovered simple tools that help soften inner tension and create more space within.

💭 In yoga and somatic practices, the hips are often seen as emotional storage spaces, where we tend to hold unprocessed feelings like stress, grief, or fear. Gentle movement and breath can create release, clarity, and a sense of lightness.

I’ve shared this workshop in both Vilnius and Bangalore, and now I’m bringing it to Kaunas.
