What is sound Healing?
- EveryBODY carries with them their own unique frequency made of light energy and brainwaves. Sound healing helps us by stimulating the body to rediscover its own harmonic frequency. The powerful vibrations stimulated by the singing bowls reconfigure our inner chaos, stress and conflict into a sense of calm that resonates with every cell in our body and mind.
●What to bring-
Bring a mat along if you have one and a blanket, your encouraged to dress comfortably.
●What to expect- Miranda will guide you into a deep state of relaxation through breathwork and vibrational sound using a variety of singing bowls and tingshas and chimbs.
