Mommy and Me Yoga

Feeling ready to start moving your body postpartum but unsure how to be mindful of your healing body that's still nourishing your baby, not ready to leave baby yet, and struggling to find a place with others in the same season as you?

Join us with Sara Mercer for a special Mommy and Me Yoga class! In the park for fresh air and no pressure from daily gym-goers, with other moms in the same space as you. Feel welcome, move your body, and bond with your baby!
