🍃Do you ever wish you could take your PT or OT outside of the clinic and practice the skills you are learning with real life environments?

Join us on the first Friday of every month for an outdoor rehab session at a local park or mall! Feel confident navigating difficult environments under the guidance of your physical or occupational therapist. Whether you want to challenge yourself and set new goals, or prefer to take a stroll and socialize, we have the perfect pace for you.

•When: Friday, July 11th at 1:30 pm
•Where: Katy Mills Mall - meeting point: in front of the AMC theatre (indoors)

•Who: Walkers, runners, and wheelchair users of all fitness levels are welcome.
