Join us on our regular road training ride!🚴‍♀️

If you are joining us for the first time, this is what to expect📝

✅Pace is consistent at 20-21mph rolling speed, with one or two segments where the effort might go higher, after which riders regroup and roll together.
✅Be prepared to be upfront even for a minute. Everyone gets a chance to pull a little, even if just to continue smooth rotation in the peloton.
⚠️Please announce mechanicals loud and clear to make sure the group stops to assist.
🥤There are typically no stops but in summer with oppressively high temperatures, we can stop halfway at a gas station on Hunt Rd and HWY359. Please announce during the ride if you wish to stop at the gas station.
☕️After the ride we hang outside at the shop patio or watch bike races inside. Feel free to bring change of clothes, you can change inside the shop after the ride.
