Level 1 freediving course (AIDA 2*)

This certified and internationally recognised freediving course is for those who want to develop and improve their diving. You will unlock your ability to hold your breath for longer and dive deeper by getting to better understand how your body works while holding your breath under water. Although a freediving course I have personally tailored it to suit spearfishes’ and include heaps of spearfishing specific content. All other aspects of freediving is covered and fully caters for those wanting to learn pure freediving so it will still be worthwhile.
