Για Τρίτη συνεχόμενη χρονιά και υπό την Αιγίδα του Δήμου Αγρινίου, σας περιμένουμε στα Παπαστράτεια Εκπαιδευτήρια στο Αγρίνιο, Παρασκευή 29 και Σάββατο 30 Αυγούστου 2025 για να απολαύσετε μαζί μας ένα από τα κορυφαία ελληνικά LIVE EVENTS με την συμμετοχή εξαιρετικών συγκροτημάτων από την Ελλάδα και το εξωτερικό.

Η δεύτερη μέρα του φοβερού METAL UNION FESTIVAL ξεκινά με τους Burning Skulls . Οι Burning Skulls είναι μια τριμελής metal μπάντα από το Καρπενήσι η οποία μέσω της μουσικής της καταθέτει την οργή της για την κοινωνία. Σαφής επιρροές από thrash metal και hardcore punk. Πέρυσι χρειάστηκε η συνδρομή του καιρού για να μην ανέβουν στην σκηνή του Metal Union Festival. Φέτος ούτε αυτό θα είναι αρκετό από το να τους σταματήσει. Με ολοκληρωμένη την δεύτερη δισκογραφική τους δουλειά έως το καλοκαίρι, τα ΄΄φιλαράκια από το Καρπενήσι΄΄έρχονται να τιμήσουν την σκηνή του Metal Union Festival με ένα επικό payback.
Πολύ δυνατή αναμένεται η συνέχεια καθώς στην σκηνή ανεβαίνουν οι SPIDER KICKERS. Το ξεκίνημα της μπάντας έγινε το 1986 και με 40 χρόνια πορείας στο χώρο του thrash/death metal, οι Kickers είναι μια από τις πιο παλιές ελληνικές μπάντες, πρωτοπόροι όχι μόνο στην Ελλάδα αλλά και στην Ευρώπη, ανοίγοντας τα σύνορα για εκατοντάδες συγκροτήματα που θα ακολουθούσαν στο μέλλον. Μετά την δύσκολη αλλά χρυσή εποχή των demo- cassettes κατάφεραν να κάνουν 7 Full-length δίσκους έχοντας κυκλοφορήσει το 2024 το τελευταίο τους άλμπουμ. "Necrosupper από τη Sleaszy Rider Records. Ετοιμάστε τα κεφάλια σας για ανελέητο headbanging.
Νέος φρέσκος αέρας φυσάει καθώς οι Khirki καταλαμβάνουν το stage. Πρόκειται για ένα ελληνικό metal τρίο από την Αθήνα. Το όνομα τους προέρχεται από τη θρυλική μάγισσα Κίρκη ( προφέρεται [kí rkɛː]) από την Οδύσσεια του Ομήρου. Για τον ήχο σήμα κατατεθέν τους, το συγκρότημα συνδυάζει riffs με βάση το metal και το heavy rock, και έχει κυκλοφορήσει 2 studio albums. Από την ίδρυσή τους, το συγκρότημα έχει χτίσει μια ισχυρή φήμη στη σκηνή, παίζοντας δίπλα σε βαριά ονόματα του χώρου όπως οι Fu Manchu, Rotting Christ και Villagers of Ioannina City, και περιοδεύει συνεχώς σε Ελλάδα και Ευρώπη.
Ιδιαίτερη χαρά πλημυρίζει το κοινό του φεστιβάλ, καθώς παρουσιάζονται ενώπιον τους οι αγαπημένοι μας InnerWish !!!! Από το 1995 έως σήμερα, το συγκρότημα από την Αθήνα έχει καταφέρει να είναι μια από τις κορυφαίες ελληνικές metal μπάντες αλλά και ταυτόχρονα κατάφεραν να εδραιωθούν σαν μια αξιοσέβαστη μπάντα ολόκληρης της ευρωπαϊκής metal σκηνής. Σάββατο 30 Αυγούστου 2025 λοιπόν, θα μας προσφέρουν απλόχερα υλικό από την πλούσια δισκογραφία τους , προωθώντας ταυτόχρονα την νέα τους δουλειά "Ash Of Eternal Flame" που κυκλοφόρησε το 2024. Heavy Metal μέχρι το κόκαλο.
Η βραδιά και το φεστιβάλ κλείνει με τους φοβερούς 1000mods. Οι 1000mods είναι η ελληνική τεράστια μηχανή της παγκόσμιας heavy rock/hard σκηνής, γνωστής για τα βροντερά τους riffs, τις ενεργητικές ζωντανές εμφανίσεις και την ωμή αυθεντικότητά τους. Από τη γέννησή τους πριν από δύο δεκαετίες, το συγκρότημα έγινε ένα πραγματικό βασικό στοιχείο της διεθνούς ροκ σκηνής χάρη στις αυθεντικές τους συνθέσεις και τις εκατοντάδες ζωντανές εμφανίσεις τους σε όλο τον κόσμο. Δημιουργήθηκαν το 2006, και το συγκρότημα έχει κυκλοφορήσει πέντε άλμπουμ και είναι γνωστοί για το αδυσώπητο πρόγραμμα περιοδειών τους. The second day of the awesome METAL UNION FESTIVAL starts with Burning Skulls. Burning Skulls is a three-member metal band from Karpenisi Greece that expresses its anger towards society through its music. They have clear influences from thrash metal and hardcore punk. Last year, it took the help of the weather to prevent them from taking the stage at the Metal Union Festival. This year, even that won't be enough to stop them. With their second album completed by the summer, the "buddies from Karpenisi" are coming to grace the Metal Union Festival stage with an epic payback.
The continuation is expected to be very strong as SPIDER KICKERS take to the stage. The band started in 1986 and with 40 years of experience in the field of thrash/death metal, Kickers is one of the oldest Greek bands, pioneers not only in Greece but also in Europe, opening the borders for hundreds of bands that would follow in the future. After the difficult but golden era of demo-cassettes, they managed to make 7 Full-length albums, having released their last album in 2024. "Necrosupper from Sleaszy Rider Records. A breath of fresh air blows as Khirki take the stage. They are a Greek metal trio from Athens. Their name comes from the legendary sorceress Circe (pronounced [kí rkɛː]) from Homer's Odyssey. For their signature sound, the band combines metal-based riffs with heavy rock, and have released 2 studio albums. Since their inception, the band has built a strong reputation on the scene, playing alongside heavyweights such as Fu Manchu, Rotting Christ and Villagers of Ioannina City, and touring continuously in Greece and Europe.
The festival audience is particularly happy, as our beloved InnerWish are performing before them !!!! From 1995 to today, the band from Athens has managed to be one of the leading Greek metal bands but at the same time they have managed to establish themselves as a respectable band in the entire European metal scene. So, on Saturday, August 30, 2025, they will generously offer us material from their rich discography, while promoting their new work "Ash Of Eternal Flame" which was released in 2024. Heavy Metal to the bone.
The evening and the festival closes with the awesome 1000mods. 1000mods are the Greek giant machine of the global heavy rock/hard scene, known for their thunderous riffs, energetic live performances and raw authenticity.
