Retreat to Hawaii this fall for a week in paradise.
Join Mary Susan Stults on the lush and intimate Garden Island for an incredible and transformational retreat nestled on the North Shore of Kaua’i in the heart of paradise.
Soak up a spacious time on retreat and enjoy daily yoga with Mary, guided vipassana and mindful meditations, lei-making, surfing with a coach (all levels:)), art and creativity, free time to relax, island exploration, the option to experience a coastal boat adventure, beach time and swimming, and more.
Step away from the busyness of daily life and create space for a week of living well, time out in nature, and island adventure together.
We’ll enjoy a deep dive into the island life alongside one another as we take time to include it all.
Spend a week connecting with yourself, wonderful community, and the aina and ocean and return home feeling refreshed, renewed, and enlivened.
Lodging
Beautiful private homes/condos on the North Shore of Kaua’i in Princeville, Hawaii.
We will be renting out lovely private condos in Princeville that also have access to amenities like a pool and hot tub, so that we have greater comfort, privacy and space for all. Guests can choose from a variety of lodging options include shared twin bed rooms, shared king bed rooms, and private queen rooms. This will also give guests the freedom to cook in for some lunches and dinners.
We will be surrounded by walking paths, and will be walking distance to parks and the Princeville Shopping Center where they have a grocery store, coffee shop, restaurants, bar, shops, and more. We will be just a 5 minute drive from the stunning Hanalei Bay and Kaua’i best beaches.
Guests will also have the ability to walk to beach access and local areas of interest within walking distance of our lodging, and the option to rent a bike if wished.
