Kirtan originates from the ancient Vedic tradition and is a sacred musical offering in the form of call-and-response or antiphonal chanting. Through the singing of mantras and divine names, Kirtan expresses love and devotion between the divine and humanity. This heart-centered practice encourages emotional release and resonance. The interactive nature between the lead singer and participants invites every listener to become part of a collective chorus of love—experiencing the unifying and peaceful power of sound.
Ecstatic Dance狂喜舞蹈是一種自由、無拘的舞動冥想。參與者在無固定舞步的空間裡，隨著音樂即興流動，在編排過的音樂中，我們拋開評價，進入身體的覺察，讓情感隨舞動釋放，進入動態靜心的狀態。
Ecstatic Dance is a free-form, unstructured movement meditation. In a space without choreography or judgment, participants move freely to carefully curated music. As we surrender to the rhythm, we enter deeper states of embodiment, allowing emotions to flow through dance, leading us into a state of dynamic stillness and inner awareness.
