This is a one-day-only gastronomic event where Chef Kudo Masakazu of Japanese Restaurant and Chef Wee Ng of HAWKER Southeast Asian Restaurant join forces for the very first time. They will present a unique four-hands Kappo collaboration at Kappo.

The two chefs will masterfully blend the delicate elegance of Japanese cuisine with the bold passion of Southeast Asian flavors. Through seven exquisite dishes, they promise to deliver a dining experience full of rich, surprising layers.

To perfect the meal, they have partnered with the century-old German winery S.A. Prüm Blue. Five distinct Rieslings have been meticulously selected to pair with each course, creating a masterful symphony of food and wine.
