All aboard for the Pride Ride & City Market Jam! This is your ticket to celebrate Kansas City’s LGBTQIA+ community – Thursday, June 26, from 5:30 – 8:00 p.m.
The free, all-ages fun kicks off at the City Market Streetcar Stop at 5th & Walnut with Sass-a-Brass, a KC street parade jazz band departing from the City Market Streetcar Stop at 5th & Main. Hop aboard and take a musical ride around the River Market, then follow the Sass-a-Brass parade to City Market for a loud and proud celebration.
Grab your partner and cut a rug with KC Swingout, KC’s premier swing dance club. Wear your dancing shoes or cheer them on while you take in the jumpin’ jivin’ scene.
Then local LGBTQIA+ band, Jamogi & The Jammers, will take the party to the next level with an energy and sound that brings people together.
Find a table at Enzo Bistro & Wine Bar for cocktails and bites or bring your own chair and relax in our community space. Wear your most colorful attire and join the Pride Ride & City Market Jam to celebrate creating a community where every person can be healthy, safe, and joyful.
The best way to get to the Pride Ride & City Market Jam is by KC Streetcar. Just hop on and exit at either the City Market or River Market North stops.
Can’t make it in person? Tune in to 90.9 The Bridge or listen from The Bridge App where they will broadcast from the Enzo Bistro & Wine Patio.
