Amid several other ensembles, he’s part of several varied genres throughout the KC area. He brings biting wit and charm to his performance as well as to his songwriting.
TJ has been a strong fixture of the Kansas City music scene regardless of being a sideman for many regionally well-known bands mainly The Nace Brothers the last 2 decades or as a performer in his own right as a headliner. The one thing you can always expect is a quality musical performance regardless of the musical genre and the uncanny positivity that naturally comes out in his playing and personality.
In recent years, he’s brought Vince Guiraldi’s Charlie Brown Christmas jazz soundtrack to life in its entirety with T.J. and the Tattletales is quickly becoming an annual holiday favorite and he is also currently exploring a string quintet of instrumental Allman Brothers music. He'll be joining Bands Undercover this year and bringing it up a notch!
