Group Sound Healing

Join us for a transformative group sound healing session designed to restore inner harmony through the vibrational intelligence of crystal singing bowls. Each bowl is tuned to a specific frequency that corresponds to one of the seven main chakras—your body’s subtle energy centers that govern emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.

As you rest in stillness, the resonant tones of the sound bowls begin to entrain your brainwaves into deeper meditative states (alpha-theta), creating an environment where natural healing and recalibration can occur. On a physiological level, sound frequencies gently modulate the nervous system—inviting the body out of fight-or-flight and into a parasympathetic state of repair. On an energetic level, each tone pulses through the auric field and cellular memory, dissolving blockages and bringing each chakra into greater coherence.

We’ll journey from root to crown—grounding you into safety, activating intuitive clarity, and helping you embody your full vibrational presence.
