🌝 Welcome to Elemental Movement! An educational, interactive, and ceremonial movement workshop with a mission to connect to our organic selves through empowering mindsets and motions. The month of June will be focused on FIRE energy, as we boldly enter the magical season of summer with awareness and clear intentions.

Join Hailee Bow (💃 retired professional dancer, 🌈 trained shaman and energy worker, 🎶 ecstatic dance facilitator, and your friendly neighborhood witch 🔮) for a deep dive into our relationship with the earth’s elements. We’ll learn methods to mindfully incorporate their medicine into our daily lives, and to summon them through intention and movement (NOTE: You *do not* need to have any previous dance experience to join us— This is open to all beings, and all bodies! 🤗)
