Dyynit Presents:
Sherry , A Taste of Jerez 2025🍷
This years cocktail challenge at Dyynit Festival is organized with Brukett on the 17th of August. The winner of Dyynit cocktail challenge will travel to the home of Sherry, Jerez in Spain in 2026!🇪🇸
The competition includes two parts:
🥃Cocktail Competition (max 80 pts)
🫗Venencia Pouring Challenge (max 10 pts)
Competitors get to practice the pouring during the day! Points are awarded for both accuracy and style.
How to participate?
Create a recipe using at least 1 spirit and 1 sherry from Gonzalez Byass portfolio. The choices are:
Gonzalez Byass Spirits:
• Cantera Verde Mezcal Cask Gin
• Lepanto PX Cask Brandy
• Nomad Blended Whisky
• Nomad Irish Single Malt Whiskey
Gonzalez Byass Sherries:
• Tio Pepe Fino
• Alfonso Oloroso
• Nectar Pedro Ximenez
Other spirits or wines may be used in the drink, but the Gonzalez Byass spirit or sherry must be the main ingredient.
The maximum number of ingredients is 6. This does not include garnishes or infusions.
🎯 A maximum of 8 finalists will be selected. Finalists will be announced on the 27.7.2025.
