Join us for a heart-centered journey through movement and rest in this unique two-teacher experience. Flow & Stillness invites you to explore the natural rhythm between effort and ease, movement and stillness, and doing and being—both on your mat and in your life.
We’ll begin with a slow, intentional flow practice that awakens the body and breath, guided by Priscilla. The gentle vinyasa-inspired sequence will open the pathways of energy, stretch the muscles, and prepare you to soften inward.
Then, Tami will lead you into the sanctuary of stillness through long-held restorative or yin postures, offering space to release, reflect, and return to your inner landscape. Supported by props, silence, and optional hands-on assists, you’ll be invited to let go of tension and deepen your awareness.

A nurturing, co-created space with two experienced guides
All levels are welcome. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this workshop offers a balanced blend of movement and rest to support body, mind, and spirit.
Bring: A journal (optional), water, and any props you love. Mats and props will be provided or available (customize as needed).
