Join us in the greenhouse for a 60-minute Tai Chi session. Then replenish your senses with a light vegan snack & tea service.
Join us in the glass-enclosed tropical splendour of Aquatopia Conservatory, as instructor Jürgen Portz takes our class through an introductory journey exploring the foundational movements of Tai Chi, followed by a tea service and a light vegan snack.



About Tai Chi:

An introduction to the gentle martial art of Tai Chi, which places a high value on peace and harmony, combined with the healing traditions of tea.

Often described as “medication in motion”, there is growing evidence that this mind-body practice, which originated in China as a martial art, has value in treating or preventing many health problems. For centuries, people of all ages have been able to improve their overall health by practicing Tai Chi.



Recommendations:

Wear loose, comfortable clothing and comfortable shoes.

Keep your own bottled water handy.

Bring a friend as the experience is best shared with others.
