Event Ticket Terms and Conditions:

By purchasing and/or using this ticket, you (the "Ticket Holder") agree to the following terms and conditions regarding your attendance at the event held at Mt. Paul Events Centre and Campground (the "Venue"), organized by Loud Content (the "Event Organizer").

Assumption of Risk: The Ticket Holder understands and acknowledges that attending this event involves inherent risks, dangers, and hazards, including but not limited to, those related to:

* Activities: Participation in or observation of activities at the event, which may include physical exertion, interaction with crowds, and exposure to loud noises.

* Venue Conditions: The condition of the Venue, including uneven terrain, obstacles, weather conditions, and the presence of other attendees.

* Third-Party Actions: The actions or inactions of other attendees, vendors, or any other third parties present at the event.

The Ticket Holder voluntarily accepts and assumes all risks of injury, death, property damage, and any other loss arising from or related to their attendance at the event, whether caused by the negligence of Mt. Paul Events Centre and Campground or Loud Content, or otherwise, except where such injury, death, or loss is directly caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Mt. Paul Events Centre and Campground or Loud Content.

Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Ticket Holder, on behalf of themselves and their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue Mt. Paul Events Centre and Campground, Loud Content, their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, causes of action, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) of any nature whatsoever, whether in law or equity, arising out of or in connection with the Ticket Holder's attendance at the event, except for claims directly resulting from the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Released Parties.

Medical Attention: The Ticket Holder consents to receive medical treatment that may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, or illness during the event. The Ticket Holder understands and agrees that they are solely responsible for any costs associated with such medical treatment.

Indemnification: The Ticket Holder agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) incurred by the Released Parties as a result of any claims, demands, or actions brought by third parties arising out of the Ticket Holder's acts or omissions at the event.

Compliance with Rules: The Ticket Holder agrees to comply with all applicable laws, Venue rules and regulations, and instructions from event staff. Failure to do so may result in refusal of admission or expulsion from the event without refund.

Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
