Self-care isn't just about nutrition, exercise, rest and pampering. It's also about taking the time out to do the things you enjoy!

Our Mindfulness Activity Workshops are focused on a specific activity which will provide you with a chance to relax and explore your creative side, connecting with others in a small class setting. An extra bonus at the end of each workshop is that you get to take your creation home with you.

Materials for each workshop are supplied, along with light refreshments.
