By purchasing ticket and entering event premises, I acknowledge that attending this event carries with it the potential for serious injury, property loss, or death. The risks include but are not limited to, those caused by the terrain, facilities, temperature, weather, condition of equipment, vehicular traffic, actions of other people including but not limited to performers, volunteers, spectators, event officials, and event monitors, and/or producers and organizers of the event. By entering event premises, I hereby assume all the risks attending this event. Persons younger than 18 years of age must be accompanied on event premises by an adult age 18 years or older.

Accompanying adult agrees by entering event premises with persons younger than 18 years of age, that they are fully responsible for persons younger than 18 years of age, their actions, their well-being, and acknowledges for them this event carries with it the potential for serious injury, property loss, or death.

By entering the event premises, and/or accompanying a person(s) younger than 18 years of age on event premises, I hereby take action for myself, my executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns to: (A) Waive, Release, and Discharge from any and all liability for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter accrue to me, including as to my traveling to and from this event, the following entities or persons: Mr. Chainsaw Pro Wrestling LLC, employees and volunteers, and representatives and agents, and others working or acting on behalf of Mr. Chainsaw Pro Wrestling LLC, and to the extent permitted by law (B) Indemnify and Hold Harmless the entities or persons mentioned in this paragraph from any and all liabilities or claims made by other individuals or entities as a result of or relating to my attendance at or participation in this event.

I acknowledge that Mr. Chainsaw Pro Wrestling LLC, employees and volunteers, representatives and agents, and others working or acting on behalf of Mr. Chainsaw Pro Wrestling LLC, have the right to remove myself and/or my party from this event if my and/or my party engage in behavior deemed inappropriate.

Inappropriate behavior includes but is not limited to: harmful or derogatory actions and/or language to anyone at the event including but not limited to: performers, employees and volunteers, representatives and agents, others working or acting on behalf of Mr. Chainsaw Pro Wrestling LLC, or event attendees. Consumption of illegal substances, and/or substances not permitted in event venue, such as alcohol, tobacco, or cannabis products, and any other mind/body altering substances. If I am asked to leave event due to my, or my party acting in any of these manners, I acknowledge I am not permitted a refund on cost of admission, and may be permanently banned from future Mr. Chainsaw Pro Wrestling, LLC events.
