New Moon Yoga Nidra

The new moon marks the beginning of a new lunar cycle, and as such is a time to get clear, set intentions, and plant the seeds you intend to germinate over the remaining lunar phases. It is a time to turn inward, and find stillness.

Yoga Nidra (literally yogic sleep) presents an opportunity to plant these seeds of intention not in the unstable soil of the lower mind, but deep in the steady earth of awareness itself.

This monthly Yoga nidra offering presents an opportunity to evaluate and realign with the potentiation of the new moon. Each session begins with an opportunity to hone your aspirations for the month ahead. We’ll ready the body for a deep restoration and move prana to quiet the lower mind. You’ll then deepen into the restoration that only Yoga nidra offers.
