Mama Workout & Journal

Hey Mamas! We see you! Come unwind, workout, and journal! Whether you are coming with the kiddos or able to come solo, you are welcome💗

There will be a little play area for children & they are welcome to join you! If you have middle school or high school aged students they can come participate in a creative expression workshop hosted at this same time in our open mic unit while you are getting your space of mama time during the event!

There will be yoga mats available and a few workout items but if you have your own feel free to bring!

Light refreshments will be available
