Healing Hearts with Neurographic Art

Join us for a beginning drawing and art class that focuses on relaxation, allowing our mind to wander and release our thoughts and emotions in doodling, shaping, connecting and coloring.
This class will be lead by artist instructor, Sandy Breakey.

This event provides a calm, creative and individualistic medium to process and artistically express fear, anger, pain or trauma. It can safely allow people to process a myriad of bondage emotions and free them for healthy communion with themselves, others, and God!

Please bring along an open heart and a goodie to share, if you wish. We will also take donations at the event to help cover the cost of supplies ($10/person suggested).
