Join Nat for an evening of culinary exploration where you’ll make Ayam Masak Merah – Spicy Tomato Chicken, Sayur Lodeh – Vegetable Coconut Curry Stew and Teh Tarik – Pulled Tea.

📍 This class will be held in the Kaiapoi High School Hospitality Kitchen.

🧑‍🍳 The 2025 Multicultural Cooking Class Series is hosted by GLOW (Global Locals of Waimakariri) and Waimakariri District Council and runs from 30 July to 10 September at Kaiapoi High School.
