Rock up from 6.45pm - 7pm start!

No experience or equipment necessary, come and give it a go. Short games make it suitable for all fitness levels 🙂

Our sessions are predominantly quick games with an emphasis on fun and the occasional drill thrown in to sharpen our skills.
