This pay as you can class will meet every Monday and Wednesday at 5:30 -6:30 pm in June.

The Chopra Yoga Class is a transformative and empowering experience that blends ancient Vedic traditions with movement. It cultivates holistic well-being and self-discovery, bringing together mind, body, and spirit in a harmonious fusion.

The class follows a powerful framework, starting with centering through breathwork and meditation, followed by a gentle warm-up and a thoughtful asana sequence. Themes infuse each pose, encouraging deep exploration of the self. The cool-down phase offers relaxation and reflection, leading to a final Savasana for integration of the practice's benefits.

Transition into your evening to wind down from the day’s demands with movement, breathwork, and mindful awareness adapted to all levels.

Everyone is welcome to this class from novice to seasoned yogis.
