Fulfilling Her Dream " One Pad, One Girl at a Time"
On May 15th 2025, during her last birthday, Rejoice and I talked about what she could do to bless lives.
Her heart was set on a meaningful cause: Padding the Girl Child providing sanitary pads to girls in need.
At the time it was just two days to her birthday, so I explained and discouraged the idea because we had limited funds, and I was worried we won't be able to reach out to more girls and I asked her to postpone it so we could plan better.
She agreed without protest but now she’s no longer here to carry out that vision physically, I regret postponing the whole idea. It hurts now, I wished I would have let her do it with the little we had then.
Today the boys and I with probably other well meaning donors will carry the weight of that moment.
We have decided we won’t let her dream die. In honor of Rejoice, and in love for humanity. We will make it happen on August 26th, my birthday, one of the dates we had originally considered.
We’ve already secured three cartons of sanitary pads, But we want to reach even more girls in our immediate community.
🤝 If you’d like to be part of this by supporting, please donate sanitary pads or contribute financially so we can buy more.
