Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath

Join us for a time to restore the body, your adrenals and your inner self! We will take the time to create a variety of specific nests to rest in while being supported by blocks, bolsters and blankets. Pati will play a variety of vibrational instruments such as Himalayan singing bowls, merkaba, titanium singing bowls, drums, gongs, chimes, etc which can bring vibrational waves deep into your soul! These sound waves have a the ability to move stuck energy and create a space for deep healing. Investment is $45 when registered and paid by 5:00pm on Friday. and $50 is registered after that IF space is left. Space is limited for this event.
