31 HEROES | SATURDAY, AUGUST 9TH
This workout is more than reps. It’s a tribute.
On August 6, 2011, 30 American service members and one military working dog gave their lives in Afghanistan. On this day, we honor them with 31 minutes of effort, teamwork, and grit.
The Workout
AMRAP in 31 minutes:
8 Thrusters (155/105)
6 Rope Climbs (15 ft)
11 Box Jumps (30/24)
Partner 1 works through the reps.
Partner 2 runs 400m with a sandbag (50/35).
Switch when the runner returns and pick up where your partner left off.
Repeat until the 31 minutes are up.
Like the warriors we honor, this workout is about sacrifice, teamwork, and mission over self. It’s not about the leaderboard—it’s about remembering why we move.
Scaling options will be available and thoroughly explained. We can and will adjust this workout for any fitness level so everyone can participate meaningfully and safely.
