Paper Mâché Camp with Stacy Heydt

Ages 6-12 years

In this creative and hands-on summer camp, students will design their own figurines and learn the fundamentals of paper mâché. Using simple materials like cardboard tubes, newspaper, and wooden skewers, they’ll build and sculpt imaginative characters from the ground up. Over four days, campers will construct armatures, apply paper mâché layers, and finish their pieces with paint. Each student will complete two unique sculptures to take home!
