🇺🇸 9/11 Memorial Workout 🇺🇸
On Thursday , September 11th we’ll come together as a community to honor and remember those we lost.
We’ll be taking on the CrossFit Hero WOD “Chad” — 1,000 step-ups for time — a workout that’s as much mental as it is physical, representing the grit, courage, and sacrifice of the heroes we remember today.
📅 Date: Wednesday, Sept. 11
⏰ Time: 5:00AM, 8:30AM, 12:00PM, 4:30PM and 5:30PM
📍 Location: TRAIN
This workout is open to members and guests. Whether you complete all 1,000 step-ups or scale as needed, the goal is to show up, work hard, and honor the lives forever changed.
