On Sunday 21 September, ACC is teaming up with Tarmac Events as part of the massive Lance East Exotics Tarmac West "Celebration of Motorsport" at Langley Park, right in the heart of Perth.
And the headline moment?
We’re drawing the winner of the gold-wrapped Camaro ZL1 or $100,000 cash LIVE on stage in front of thousands. If you’re in the draw — this is the moment you don’t want to miss.
🎪 What is Tarmac + ACC Auto Picnic?
It’s ACC’s own space within the Celebration of Motorsport event — a central section of Langley Park designed to showcase the best of Perth’s automotive scene, lifestyle brands, and VIP culture.
This will be the ultimate hub for:

Want to showcase your brand to thousands of motorsport and car lovers?
Businesses can secure a dedicated marquee space within the Auto Picnic to promote their services. Here’s what’s required:
✔️ Provide seating/lounge space for your guests & potential customers
✔️ Display minimum 2, maximum 6 cars to represent your brand
✔️ Pay a one-time display fee (pricing TBA)

🚗 FOR CAR OWNERS – Display Opportunities
We’ve created two ways to showcase your car:
🔒 1. Auto Picnic Display Zone (Main Area)
For high-end, unique and exotic vehicles — supercars, classics, customs, JDM, etc.
🕗 Must stay parked from 8AM to 3:30PM — no exceptions
🎟️ No entry fee, but pre-approval required
💎 Best for owners who want exposure and to be part of the core event

🚗 2. Auto Picnic Express (Come & Go Zone)
- Want flexibility? This zone is for you.
$10 entry per car
- Open to approved display vehicles only
(No bunkies, base models or daily commuters)
- Come and go as you like throughout the day
- Still part of the action — just without the lock-in
🥂 VIP LOUNGE (For ACC VIP Members Only)
ACC VIP Members will have access to an exclusive lounge space featuring:
