Over 55's Movement & Meditation

Come and join us for our OVER 55'S MOVEMENT & MEDITATION class.

No need to book, drop in $12 a class or buy a 5 pack for $5.

The perfect way to increase your flexibility, mobility and strength. Doing so helps to strengthen your bones, improves balance, our range of motion (put our shoes on), deeper more restorative sleep and pain relief.

This class starts with a 30 minute movement class, no getting up and down like Yoga and Pilates, followed by a relaxing meditation and perhaps some singing bowls to end your self-care and self-love practice.

Our instructors will guide you through a series of gentle and restorative flows that are designed specifically for over 55's followed by a beautiful stretch and meditation.

Finish off with tea and chats in our reception area with this very social group.

STUDIO TOURS - Mon - 4-7pm, Tues, Weds from 4:30-7:30pm and on Sat mornings from 7-9am. No need to book just pop in ;-)
