Our Sound Healing offerings are open to all, no experience needed. We do ask that all who join us come with the intention to co-create a respectful and supportive space.
Because these sessions work with energy and altered states, we reserve the right to decline bookings if we feel someone’s participation may not be in the best interest of the group or themselves. Full details can be found in our T&C.

• Yoga Mat / something to lay on
• 2x blankets, one for under you, one to keep warm
• Pillow for your head
• Bolster for lower back / knee support (optional)
• Prefer to sit? Bring a chair eg. low camping or reclining chairs work best
• Water bottle
Optional: Eye mask or light scarf and any personal crystals to cleanse and charge
