Join us to experience a peaceful, effective guided meditation in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Learn how to connect with the source of peace within and enjoy the deeply peaceful state of inner silence known as 'thoughtless awareness'. Discover the benefits of regular meditation and take home some simple skills that help maintain a steady state of peace and balance. Sahaja Yoga Meditation is a simple, easy and enjoyable technique based on ancient knowledge and wisdom. Fridays 6.30-7.30pm at the Beaumaris Community Centre, 66 Constellation Drive Ocean Reef 6027.
