On Friday 16 August 2025, we’re honouring our real-life heroes – the emergency service workers who run toward danger while the rest of us run away. 🚒🚑🚓

They sacrifice time with family, risk their safety, and carry the weight of our community on their shoulders. Let’s show them the appreciation (and the pay!) they truly deserve. 💛

Join us at Fitstop Joondalup from 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM dressed as your favourite superhero – capes, masks, or whatever makes you feel powerful.
