CLASS DETAILS:

Turn Up! isn't just a regular fitness class! This is a class where women will PUSH LIMITS and BARRIERS that we have set for ourselves. The group will come together to empower one another to be multifaceted, make ourselves a priority, stop playing small, and live the lives we desire. We'll be moving forward during the “Turn Up!” group fitness class while getting a fun, intense workout incorporating HITT (high-intensity interval training), strength training, and dance!

Everyone will be challenged, but you will embrace it, and as you step outside of your comfort zone with the Turn Up! group - you will step into your girl power like never before!
