Free Gracie Jiu-Jitsu “101” Seminar at Gracie Jonesboro. Certified instructor Austin Morgan will teach core techniques from the world renowned Gracie Combatives®️ program. Austin leverages both his experience training with the Gracie family, and a 13 year career in Law Enforcement to provide an amazing experience. This seminar is designed for first time Jiu-Jitsu students, and is absolutely free! Open to all ages 13+. Wear comfortable workout attire. Please RSVP to reserve your spot!
