Jon Moen - CTP

Jon Moen is the Manager of Commercial Services Product Management at Midland States Bank. Jon is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) administered by the Association for Financial Professionals and holds a Master of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Information Technology as well as a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems. With more than 25 years of experience in banking, Jon brings a unique perspective through a variety of roles, including client-facing positions in the branch and call center, senior analyst work in Information Technology, and leadership roles as Director of Treasury Management (sales, service, and operations), Director of Product, and Director of Loan Operations. Jon’s industry expertise has been recognized through a feature on Fox 2 News in the Morning and in The Asset, the news magazine of the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants (MOCPA).


Donald Todd - CFE, CISSP, CIPP

Donald Todd is the Director of Financial Crimes at Midland States Bank, overseeing anti-money laundering compliance, fraud operations, and IT and physical security risk programs. Donald’s background blends law enforcement and cyber investigations, having served as a Special Agent with the Wisconsin Department of Justice and a member of the FBI Cyber Task Force. His work focused on cyber intrusions, fraud schemes, and data breaches, building collaboration between federal, private sector, and local partners. Before his investigative career, he served as a police officer in Rockford, Illinois, and in the United States Marine Corps. Donald is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP). He currently serves on the Wisconsin InfraGard Members Alliance Board and is a former president of the Milwaukee Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. In addition to his industry leadership, Donald is an adjunct professor at Roosevelt University and has previously taught at Marquette University. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management, a Master of Science in Accounting Forensics, and is ABD toward a Doctor of Business Administration degree from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
