Supported Stretch & Balance with Adriann White

Are you stressed out? Stiff and Sore? Balance a bit shaky? Yoga is a GREAT way to relieve stress, regain lost flexibility and strength, and improve balance!


Supported Stretch and Balance is designed for those who want the benefits of yoga stretching but cannot easily get up and down from the floor. All stretches are done either seated or standing, with the chair available to provide extra needed stability.

Adriann White has 15 years of experience creating a safe and welcoming environment for all yoga participants.
