BHS Strathclyde Day Camp

BHS Strathclyde invite you to learn, have fun and make some new friends.
The day comprises two group lessons and a lecture. The coaches are Diana Zajda BHSI and Richard Johnston-Smith BHSI.
The intention is to have a dressage lesson in the morning and a jump/polework lesson in the afternoon, or vice versa, but every effort will be made to accommodate those riders who would like to concentrate on only one discipline.
There will be a jump lesson concentrating on polework for those who are more novice or nervous and the more adventurous riders have the opportunity to get a full jumping lesson.
Lauren Semple from Equestrian Fitness Scotland: there will be a lunchtime session with Lauren Semple from Equestrian Fitness Scotland. This will be a low intensity session with an introduction to rider fitness and working on balance exercises.
£90 for the day plus booking fee - lunch is included.
