There will be no same day weigh-ins unless they are approved prior. If we do have not heard from you by 6 PM on Friday, you will be removed from the meet

Eligibility Requirements: This is open to all lifters.
You will need to be a member of PLU. Memberships can be purchased at
https://powerliftingunited.com/#membership. Membership needs to be active before weigh-ins.
Please have current identification, current PLU membership, rack heights (Monolift, bench, and face savers), and all lifting equipment/apparel on the day of weigh-ins.
You are eligible to set state records at this meet.
Rules Meeting: 8:30 AM in warm-up room
Lifting Starts: 9:00 AM
The plan is to start lifting right at 9:00 AM. If you are in the first flight you may need to start warming up prior to the rules meeting, which will last 5-10 minutes.
25 KG squat bar is used for all lifters. We will be using Texas squat bars, Rogue power bars and Texas deadlift bars. We will be squatting out of a monolift but you can walk your squats out.
Admission: $10 for adults, $5 for youth (11-18) & 10 and under free
