This guided breath work + sound bath session is designed to help you optimize your nervous system & recognize your power within in order to transform & thrive.

Soak in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls & gongs.

Floating rafts are provided.

Thad’s skill sets are rooted in Breathwork & Evolutionary Mindset, Vagal Toning breathing, Shamanic breathing, & Oxygen Advantage breathing.

Catherine is a sound healing practitioner, energy worker & retreat facilitator. Her focus is on being present, authenticity & guiding others to ignite their path.
