MELT - Intro to Myofascial Release

Come to a MELT workshop, and experience changes in how your body looks and feels. Learn gentle self-treatments you can do at home to remain active, healthy, and pain-free for life.

This all-levels workshop will use a specialized soft roller and small MELT Foot and Hand Therapy Balls to simulate the results of manual therapy.

Workshop participants leave with their very own roller ball, as well as handouts for continued practice at home -- all included in ticket price!
