Yin Yoga with Soluna Sage

Join us at Winged Deer Park Lakefront for a free 45-minute Outdoor Yin Yoga class led by Soluna Sage Yoga Studio with local live musician Will McCartt
Our most still and meditative yoga class, Yin yoga is the perfect opportunity to find inner peace. During this practice, participants will engage in static, long-held stretches, usually in a seated or floor position, with a specific focus on targeting the fascia or connective tissues in the body. The areas that usually hold the most tension, like hips, hamstrings, back, and shoulders, will be gently addressed. In a Yin pose, participants will find relaxation while allowing gravity to gradually release any tension in your body. If you've been feeling the strain from other forms of exercise or simply desire more stillness, Yin yoga with Soluna Sage is the perfect choice for you! All levels welcome. Please bring your own mat or towel and water.
