Learn how to eat well and for a variety of diets in this fun and helpful workshop. Take the guesswork out of what to pack and how much to pack and adopt a proactive mindset to your health
Not only does this workshop include a meal suited to your dietary needs (please complete the questionnaire attached to your registration confirmation email), you also have the option of purchasing a snackle box at the time of registration.
What is a snackle box? What is a bento box? 🧀
A snackle box is a portable, divided container - often resembling a tackle box - and is used for organizing and transporting a variety of snacks. It's essentially a pre-portioned snack kit, similar to a charcuterie board but designed for on-the-go snacking. A bento box is a Japanese-style lunch box, typically a compartmentalized container, designed to hold a single portion of a variety of foods often including rice, fish or meat, and vegetables. The word "bento" translates to "convenient" or "convenience" in English. Snackle and Bento boxes are two options to pack a meal and snacks for healthy eating at work, lake, home, etc.
